The Placer Breast Cancer Foundation includes breast cancer survivors and community activists committed to fully funding the Breast Cancer Endowed Chair at the UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center. The members are also determined to raise awareness regarding breast cancer prevention, early detection, and support services available during treatment.

Founders: Breast cancer survivors Carol Garcia, Senior Vice President of Community 1st Bank and Roseville City Councilwoman and Teri Munger, Program Manager, American River College.
Signature Events: The Foundation's Hot Pink Fun Run at the Roseville Civic Plaza held each September to kick-off Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Donations: Individual donations are accepted at any time and can be mailed to PBCE, PO Box 564, Roseville, CA 95678. A receipt will be provided by the Foundation.
Annual Operating Budget: The Foundation operates as a volunteer organization with administrative costs only associated with financial services per federal and state guidelines for nonprofits.
